Description
The Exentis 3D production system EX434 iflex GMP is designed for large-scale additive manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP and can be flexibly adapted to
customer requirements.
In this system solution, four units consisting of a printing platform and a dryer are connected and
operated via a shuttle-based tablet carrier transport system. The print layers are applied layer by layer to the tablet carriers and transported through the downstream dryer unit. The layer application is controlled by an automated optical quality assurance system.
