Ten years of Formnext: AM has arrived in the industry

From 18 to 21 November, Formnext 2025 demonstrated Additive Manufacturing’s dynamic evolution to impressive effect. With numerous innovations and pioneering developments, the trade fair presented not only new solutions, but also tangible ways in which companies can use this technology to optimize their production processes and tap into new areas of business. Frankfurt once again became the international meeting place for Additive Manufacturing and other future-oriented production technologies. The atmosphere throughout the halls was consistently positive – among both visitors and exhibitors. Numerous in-depth and professional conversations highlighted the high quality of networking at the event. With record visitor numbers and an even broader range of applications on display, it became clear: Additive Manufacturing has not only established itself in industrial production but is increasingly gaining traction across a wide spectrum of users.

Winners of the 2025 Formnext Awards impress with pioneering technologies and entrepreneurial spirit

The winners of the 2025 Formnext Awards have been announced! On 20 November, this year’s Formnext honored the most outstanding contributions to Additive Manufacturing in six categories. The prizes went to Irena Heuzeroth, SKZ KFE GmbH (AMbassador Award), Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd (Design Award), Laempe Mössner Sinto GmbH ((R)evolution Award), IAM3DHUB – Project „3DMyMask“ (Rookie Award), PERFI Technologies (Start-up Award), and EOS GmbH Electro Optical Systems (Sustainability Award).

Formnext 2025 now under way, offering another impressive showcase of AM’s industrial potential

Formnext 2025 has opened its doors in Frankfurt am Main. From now until 21 November, 803 exhibitors representing the elite of Additive Manufacturing solution providers will be presenting their latest breakthroughs on around 50,000 m² of gross exhibition space. This year’s trade fair turned in an impressive first day, featuring throngs of visitors, exciting world premieres, and a program that showcased the diversity of AM along the entire process chain.
