FAQ registration process, GTC and Stand Construction Guidelines

We will start with the rough planning of the exhibition halls in March/April. Depending on how early and which stand size you have registered, you will receive our offer for your stand between the end of April and the end of June.

You will receive the stand confirmation as soon as you have accepted our stand offer. At this moment a binding contract between you and us will be concluded.

The rent for the stand space is due in two equal instalments. The first instalment (request for instalment) will be invoiced together with the stand confirmation and is due immediately. The second instalment (final invoice) will be charged at the earliest three months prior to the event and is also due immediately.
