Access all ordering systems in just a few steps and optimize your presence with a varied range of service and marketing offers. You will receive your access data after the stand booking has been completed and once the system went live.
Media Package Manager – maintaining your company data

The Media Package Manager" (MPM) is the marketing dashboard for your exhibition presentation. In the MPM exhibitors can manage, change and update all relevant information about their company and products themselves. The MPM then transfers this data directly to the exhibitor search (website and app). This makes exhibitors more visible and easier to find – for existing customers as well as for potential new customers.
The MPM will be available for you to update your data from early summer. You will then have until enough time to prepare your profile for Formnext 2024 before the exhibitor search goes live.

Shop for Exhibitor Services – ordering equipment & services

Here you can make all bookings for services at your stand: from basics such as electricity and water to stand security and catering. You can then place your orders directly and immediately via the "Shop for Exhibitor Services".
Once your stand booking is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your stand code.
The Shop for Exhibitor Services will be available for you orders from early summer. The access data will be sent to you automatically by e-mail.
