The Formnext Technology Talks offer compact, digital deep dives throughout the year, putting the spotlight on application industries that are setting the pace for the future of Additive Manufacturing within the AM community. Formnext Technology Talks – first-hand expertise

The Formnext Technology Talks are digital live seminars that highlight the application of Additive Manufacturing technology in particularly relevant and forward-looking fields of use. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and offers practical perspectives from leading industry and technology experts on topics that are shaping the future development of Additive Manufacturing.

Session content includes

  • Current developments and technologies in Additive Manufacturing
  • Real-world use cases from key application industries
  • Discussion of central challenges and opportunities
  • Opportunity for direct exchange with the speakers

The sessions are held digitally via Zoom and are made available as recordings afterward – ideal for convenient follow-up viewing. The list of speakers is continuously updated and published well in advance of each Technology Talk.

He co-founded AM Energy, founded the Norwegian AM Cluster, and chairs the IOGP AM expert group.

Philipp Pink heads the 3D Printing Competence Center of Wiener Stadtwerke at Wiener Netze. He coordinates all AM activities across the group, drawing on experience as former Head of 3D Printing at Wien Energie. As a certified AM Manager, he drives strategy, implementation, and integration of 3D printing in maintenance and production.

Additive Manufacturing is accelerating innovation in the mobility sector – from lightweight design and functional integration to the rapid development of new components.
