Description

The Qpress 50 is a modular hot mounting press for fast and simultaneously independent mounting of different materialographic specimens. Due to its modularity the Qpress 50 can be configured ideally to the specific customer’s needs; e.g. the specimens can differ in size and material.

The 7“ touch screen with intuitive software contains user account management, preinstalled recipes and user-defined maintenance tasks and more. The device combines fast mounting and high energy efficiency in a robust powder-coated steel case.

Grinding & Polishing Machine Qpol 300 A1 ECO+

The Qpol 300 A1-ECO+ is a single-wheel grinding and polishing machine for the metallographic laboratory, suitable for working wheels Ø 250/300 mm. The machine is conveniently operated by a 4.3 "touch screen.

The new holder for the working wheel (single-disc design) enables metallographic sample preparation without carrier disc and without compromising performance. The control software allows to edit and save up to 200 preparation methods, protected by a user account management.

Pressure, speed and direction of rotation (head and working disc) are adjustable. A spin cycle function (Cleaning Boost) helps to spin dry the grinding and polishing medium at 750 rpm at the end of the preparation process within 3 seconds.

The robust grinding and polishing machine can be combined with the dosing system Qdoser ECO or Qdoser ONE and offers maximum flexibility for sample preparation and operating convenience.
