The Additive Marking Order Module allows seamless connectivity of B2B and B2C component orders - from part upload through to dispatch and reordering. Upload your digital file - an STL, STEP file, 2D drawing etc. – and manage the complete production process digitally. With connectivity possible to both the Additive Marking Suite and other third-party software, our Order Module is designed to optimise the entire manufacturing chain, as well as creating a more customised experience for the end customer.
- Customise the end-customer dashboard with brand colour schemes and logos for a more personalised experience.
- Automatically generate quotes based on manufacturers’ pricing parameters to reduce the need for complex calculations.
- Limit unnecessary communication with end-customers and provide automated updates on the status of orders; enable order confirmations, expected delivery dates and other process-relevant information to be sent directly to the customer throughout the production process.
