Description
Our Serializer enables the automated serialization of markings with different specifications to support the end-to-end traceability of components. Our Serializer creates unique identifiers – according to parameters defined by the user – for each individual part. Once set, the Serializer automatically generates the unique markings without any further input required; machine-readable codes, text and image-based (SVG and graphic) can all be serialized within our software. For Additive Manufacturing, our markings are seamlessly integrated into 3D models (STL, 3MF etc.) of all components in the build job, and manufactured with them. For traditional industral manufacturing processes, we offer a range of solutions for applying a physical marking to products, including laser marking, needle embossing and classic labelling. Our DPM Scan Pro provides a solution for decoding the machine-readable markings.
