The intelliSCANse IV 30 is highly dynamic. Users can choose between classic tracking error control and SCANahead control, which enables significant speed advantages, especially in hatching applications.
In combination with SCANLAB’s SCANmotionControl software, precise, dynamics-optimized trajectory planning is made possible. This is ideal for complex AM processes where exact energy input and high process speeds are required.

With IP66 protection class, integrated water cooling, and an especially compact design, the intelliSCANse IV 30 is perfectly suited for use in demanding industrial environments.

As a slim 3D scanning system, the fiberSYS is ideal for multi-head systems. It is designed for a power of up to 1 kW and optimized for single-mode lasers. The low- drift XY scan modul and the fast z axis guarantee precise and long-term stable processes.
