Since 2003, the business division Surface Techniques has been dealing with the line-integrated cleaning of precision elements by means of vibration and fluid mechanics. When using 3D-printed tools made for part cleaning, a re-working problem was faced, especially with powder-based procedures. First successful tests could be performed with regard to de-powdering, infiltration and drying, based on vibration and fluid mechanics.
Our plant portfolio focuses on the automatable re-work, suitable for series production, of powder-based printing procedures. De-powdering, infiltration and drying are of particular importance here.
