EASY SUPPORT MATERIAL REMOVAL

Mimaki's full colour 3D printers use water-soluble support material that allows easy removal without damaging the printed object. After printing, simply submerge the object in water; no scraping off or water jetting needed.

Speed up the removal process with 3DCS-322

Mimaki has teamed up with German manufacturer AM Solutions to develop the 3DCS-322 intelligent cleaning station, featuring:

  • Specially-formulated detergents to remove support material more effectively.
  • Automated post-processing with consistent results via digital controls and repeatable programs.
