Apart of developing standard materials, the company runs bespoke material developments for its customers. Headmade Materials advises customers on application design and material processing.

ColdMetalFusion Process

ColdMetalFusion (CMF) is a technology that combines the best of two worlds - flexible additive manufacturing with the proven sintering industry. The basis for this process is a new, innovative material from Headmade Materials. The CMF process enables customer to produce metal parts cost-effectively and in serial production.
