Form 4, Form Wash & Form Cure
Form 4
Delivering most parts in under two hours, Form 4 is a powerful, affordable tool for professionals to bring their ideas to life at blazing speeds with unmatched reliability, print quality, and ease of use.
The new flagship resin 3D printers set a new standard for additive manufacturing with Formlabs’ proprietary new Low Force Display™ (LFD) print engine, updates to the company’s library of industry-leading resins, new automated post-processing, and an improved user experience. Form 4’s up to five times faster print speeds will unlock new levels of productivity for product designers, engineers, manufacturers, healthcare professionals, and innovators to take design risks and accelerate time to market.
Form Wash
Form Wash automatically cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or alternative solvents. Keep parts directly on the Build Platform as you transition them from the printer to Form Wash, or remove parts and place them in the wash basket. Parts are precisely and thoroughly agitated in solvent with an impeller, getting every nook and cranny perfectly clean, automatically for the appropriate time. When washing completes, the Form Wash automatically raises parts out of the IPA so they can air dry.
Form Cure 2nd Generation
The Form Cure (2nd Gen) delivers fast, precise post-curing with 405 nm light and controlled heat to maximize part strength, toughness, and durability. Designed for Form 4/B, it cures prints in as little as 60 seconds with 4× more UV power, 5× faster heating, and a 1.3× larger chamber. Choose validated presets for 45+ Formlabs materials or customize settings. Essential for biocompatible parts, it ensures consistent performance and regulatory compliance.
