Dahltram® T-100GF: A Proven Solution for Strength and Sustainability

Dahltram® T-100GF continues to gain traction as a recycled-grade co-polyester resin with fiberglass reinforcement. This sustainable material has gained wide adoption for its robust performance across diverse applications. By offering an eco-conscious yet high-strength solution, Airtech’s T-100GF provides industries with a versatile option that aligns with growing environmental priorities without sacrificing material durability.

Expanding the Dahltram® T-100 Series: Multipurpose Solutions for Prototyping and Design

Additionally, new High-Performance Pellet Resins have been formulated to excel in demanding manufacturing environments. These specialized materials reflect Airtech’s dedication to supporting a wide range of applications with targeted, high-quality solutions.

As Airtech continues to drive innovation, development, and testing in the additive manufacturing market, it has partnered with leading manufacturers of industrial large scale 3D printers​ like CMS, Caracol, Thermwood, CEAD, KraussMaffei, Belotti, 3D Systems, Ingersoll, mTorres, Juggerbot3D, Weber Additive, and many more are in process of validation, to ensure its Dahltram® resins meet and exceed the requirements for 3D printing on all LSAM platforms. ​

High Performance Resins for Large Scale Additive Manufacturing
Airtech’s Dahltram® range of resins are suitable for multiple print platforms, providing production flexibility with end-use material validation. Airtech has continued to demonstrate efficacy in composite fabrication with over 500 autoclave cycles completed to date. With extensive mechanical characterization data, Dahltram®​ resins are well suited for composite fabrication, as well as metal fabrication and direct to part applications. Dahltram®​ high performance tooling resins for additive manufacture are formulated and compounded by Airtech in-house specifically for each tooling application. ​​

With our Dahlpram® purging compounds you’ll keep your 3D printer clean and print quality high with our range of purge resin for everyday and interval maintenance. AM Team at Airtech has worked with composite tooling for 40+ years and LSAM technology from its introduction. Building a wealth of invaluable additive knowledge, so we can deliver high quality printed tooling and innovation.

Our AM process and materials provide major advantages over traditional technologies for the tool manufacture. Print-Tech® hybrid additive manufacturing has been enhanced by Airtech using its 50 years of extrusion experience, high quality tooling can be printed faster and more economically.
On our LSAM (5 Axis) printers with integrated machining capability, in USA and Europe we manufacture composite tooling covering the full range of tooling applications: molds, form tools, bond tools, jigs, fixtures. Print-Tech® builds 3D Near-Net Shape tooling faster than any other process. A Class (Ra 16 micro-inch) surface can be achieved on finished moulds. Tools can be supplied CNC machined to profile and finished to surface specification then Laser scanned. Face skin & sub-structures are simultaneously fabricated at high deposition rates.

Sustainability is very important to Airtech

All our additive resins and moulds/ tools are 100% recyclable making the AM process more sustainable and less environmentally impacting! Airtech has active work reclaiming printed scrap or retired printed moulds demonstrating how we can close the loop.
