In this session, HP and Tech Print Industries (TPI) explore how additive manufacturing (AM) solves the real challenges of smart eyewear production and unlocks the flexibility needed to bring it to market.

We will highlight specific use cases, including modular eyewear designs, personalized fit adjustments, friction-fit hinges, and small-batch production models made possible only through AM. The presentation also covers the role of AI in smart eyewear design, local manufacturing, surface complexity, and functional integration.
