In this joint presentation, Conflux Technology and Honeywell Aerospace will discuss their collaboration within the Clean Aviation-funded TheMa4HERA consortium. The consortium is accelerating the development of lightweight, high-performance heat exchangers and system-level thermal management solutions.
The session will highlight Conflux’s expertise in producing additively manufactured heat exchangers for Air Cycle Systems (ACS). These designs, developed to meet stringent aerospace performance and integration requirements, represent a step change in thermal efficiency, mass reduction, and system reliability.
Attendees will gain insights into how additive manufacturing enables novel geometries and system-level innovations enable scalable solutions for hybrid-electric regional aircraft, contributing to the aviation sector’s commitment to achieve climate-neutral flight by 2035.
