FOMAS Group offers a range of three standard nickel-based alloy powders:

• MIMETE® V 718: Nickel-chromium alloy characterized by oxidation and corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties also at high temperature.
• MIMETE® V 625: Nickel-chromium alloy characterized by oxidation and corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties also at high temperature.
• MIMETE® V X: Nickel alloy characterized by great oxidation, corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. After heat treatment, it shows good ductility.

To ensure high purity and spherical powder morphology, FOMAS Group employs a Vacuum Induction Melting Inert Gas (VIGA) process using argon or nitrogen.

Also, we can supply powders in four different particle size distributions, tailored to specific technologies:

• Small: 0-20 µm
• Medium: 15-45 µm or 20-60 µm
• Large: 50-150 µm or 50-100 µm
• One Size: 0-150 µm or 0-300 µm
