Fully automatic MHG trough belt blasting machine for dedusting and compacting 3D-printed components
Description
Fully automatic depowdering and densification of 3D-printed components (SLS/SLM) in various geometries and weights. The workpieces are poured into the blasting chamber manually or via a customer-supplied conveyor belt and processed fully automatically. Up to three work steps can be carried out:
- Depowdering with ionised compressed air via fan nozzles
- Blasting with glass beads
- Compacting the surface with plastic balls
The individual parameters, such as the processing time or the processing pressure, can be saved as data records and recalled for later orders.
The respective blasting media (glass beads / plastic balls / ceramic balls) are cleaned in separate blasting media circuits using cyclones and sieves and reused.
A pneumatic suction switch is available for automatic switching to the respective work steps (blasting devices). Once the selected work steps have been completed, the front lift door opens automatically and the workpieces can be unloaded from the system into a transport crate or onto a conveyor belt by means of the reverse-running trough belt.
