dichtol AM Hydro
dichtol AM Hydro is a ready-to-use polymer system for sealing additive manufactured components. The water-based sealer is a non-hazardous substance and is therefore particularly user-friendly. The sealer can be used to seal additive manufactured components against various liquids and gases and protect them from environmental influences. The sealer can be used for all common printing processes and printing materials.

dichtol AM UV Protection
dichtol AM UV Protection is a very low-viscosity, polymer-based impregnating agent for additively manufactured components. The product seals additively manufactured components gas- and liquid-tight and protects the component from UV radiation. This is made possible by a very thin protective layer of a few micrometers, which wraps around the particles and absorbs the harmful UV rays. dichtol AM UV protection seals and protects the component and can thus prevent discoloration of SLS printed polyamide (PA) components such as spectacle frames, for example.

dichtol AM is a very low-viscosity, high-performance polymer for infiltrating, impregnating and sealing porous structures, layers and components. dichtol AM penetrates porous structures and cracks independently and seals them permanently and reliably. The product has a very high capillary activity and cures without the addition of heat under ambient conditions. It is applied atmospherically, i.e. without vacuum or pressure. The cured polymer fills the open pores or cracks and has good resistance to oils, lubricants and coolants.

CleanBed Pro
Clean Bed Pro – 99% isopropanol for cleaning 3D printing bed surfaces (500 ml with spray head)
A clean printing bed surface is crucial for optimal adhesion during 3D printing. Clean Bed Pro effectively removes adhesive residue, dust, skin oils and other residues – without any aggressive additives. The high-purity isopropanol (99%) works purely physically:
- Contaminants are dissolved and evaporate without leaving any residue
- No water
- No fragrance
- No additives – just reliable cleaning
Thanks to the spray head included, Clean Bed Pro can be applied conveniently and precisely. The liquid dries quickly and is ideal for glass, PEI, BuildTak and many other print bed surfaces. 💡
Note: Clean Bed Pro is not a biocidal product. It is used exclusively for physical cleaning and has no disinfecting or germicidal effect.
Application: Spray sparingly onto a cold print bed, leave to take effect for a short time and wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
