Sourcing DoD Parts Using a Highly Secure Open Standards Cloud Platform
The speaker will use Public Release information regarding a US DoD program that demonstrated the capabilities of a digitally connected supply chain using low cost commercial off-the-shelf technologies. While conducting hundreds of small projects the program focused on what was realistic to achieve given the limited resources of the small medium manufacturer and leveraged existing digital data available from AM machines, post processing equipment, inspection equipment and coupon testing.
