Description
360° Rotating Heated
Polyphemus is equipped with an advanced rotating motor that can achieve 360° automatic rotation and heating,the temperature difference between parts is only 1°C, which means consistent drying results no matter where the filament is located.
Regular Heating VS Rotating Heating
For Regular Heating, there is a temperature difference of 36℃ between the spool near the heating port and the spool far from the heating port. Othe other hand, for Rotating Heating, the temperature difference between different direction is only 1℃.
Multiple hot air outlet design
Adopting an innovative design with multiple hot air outlets to ensure that the hot air can be evenly distributed throughout the space. This uniform hot air distribution not only improves heating efficiency, but also greatly enhances safety and protects the integrity of the filament.
PTC heating components
Polyphemus uses efficient PTC heating elements, and the internal temperature can quickly reach 200 degrees Celsius. This technology improves drying efficiency and shortens waiting time. At the same time, the PTC element has a self-regulating temperature control function, which monitors the temperature in real time to avoid the risk of overheating.
V0 fireproof material
The shell is made of the highest fireproof grade V0 material, which is heat-resistant and fire-proof, ensuring safety and reliability in high temperature environments.
Multi-material drying
The program has built-in baking parameters for 9 commonly used 3D printing materials.The system also provides 3 customizable material slots (M1, M2, M3). Users can modify baking parameters, and the system will memorize them for quick access.
Automatic Humidity Control Function
When heating is not required, you can activate the humidity mode and freely set the desired humidity level. The system will automatically activate the heating to regulate the internal humidity according to the set value. This ensures that the filament is always ready for printing.
