Lithoz specialises in the development and production of materials and additive manufacturing systems for the 3D printing of advanced ceramics and bioresorbable ceramics.
The interdisciplinary cooperation of specialists from the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, medicine and dentistry as well as chemistry has led to the development of a manufacturing system that enables the production of ceramic materials for medicine and industry.
Lithoz® is a full-service provider for the additive manufacturing of advanced ceramics. With Lithoz®'s patented LCM technology, additively manufactured components achieve the same material properties as with conventional manufacturing methods. Since 2019, Lithoz has been working intensively on the development of materials and applications relevant to dentistry. On the one hand, the focus is on restorations (bone replacement in the jaw), the development of implants made of various non-metallic materials and dental prostheses with unprecedented patient-specific attention to detail. Lithoz® has been ISO 9001-2015 certified since 2016 and ISO 13485 since 2025.

When it comes to absolute accuracy, complex structures and uncompromising quality, LCM technology is your clear first choice. The S320 was specifically engineered for the efficient series production of mid-sized ceramic components at high-capacity output. With a five times larger build
platform than on the S65, this is the specialist for printing as many larger components as possible per print job.

CeraFab Multi 2M30
The ultimate answer for developing 3D-printed multi-material components.
Our newest breakthrough, the CeraFab Multi 2M30 makes the idea of 3D printing multi-material components with complex geometries a reality. With this machine, it is possible to combine not only ceramics, but also metals and polymers, facilitating gradual alterations to the composition and organization of materials within a component. The open system allows for the development of own materials and you can now manufacture multi-functional components, unachievable using conventional forming technologies. Developers can integrate additional processes (i.e. ink jetting, coating) to expand the CeraFab Multi 2M30’s range of capabilities into even more advanced applications.

The CeraFab System S320 is the latest advancement in Lithoz’s LCM (Lithography-based Ceramic Manufacturing) platform, specifically engineered for the industrial-scale production of mid-sized technical ceramics. With a fivefold larger build platform compared to the S65, the S320 is optimized for volume production, offering unmatched productivity while maintaining high-resolution output across an expanded surface area.
