- Production Process: Vacuum Atomization (VIGA).
- Particle Size Specifications: 15-53 μm / 20-60 μm.
- Powder Advantages: fewer satellite particles, minimal hollow particles, good flowability, high sphericity, narrow particle size distribution, and high bulk density.
- Product Applications: lightweight 3D printing, structural components such as brackets, heat dissipation components, etc.
Both AlSi10Mg and AlSi7Mg alloy powders belong to the cast aluminium alloy system, corresponding to materials ZL104 and ZL114, respectively.
They have good hardness, strength, and dynamic toughness. Compared to cast parts, additive manufacturing parts require less heat treatment and have higher static mechanical properties. These materials are widely used in the 3D printing of lightweight, integrated components for the aerospace and automotive industries.
