Transport solutions

Our transport solutions safely transport full and empty build boxes along the process chain, either semi- or fully automated.

The transport solution has the following functions, among others:

Fully automated loading and unloading of the interchangeable frame from compatible systems
Docking frame (DOF) with multi-coupling unit and mechanical as well as electrical interface for precise and easy docking to any implemented (peripheral) system along the process chain
Integrated and fully automated gripper unit for loading and unloading systems with or without self-propelled
conveyor systems
Manual or fully automated transport with a pallet lift truck or a GRENZEBACH L1200S driverless
transport vehicle (FTF)
Fully automated sliding door for a safe working environment when transporting hot change frames
Integrated cover for the change frame to avoid powder contamination and dust exposure
Control via HMI (12.1'') or fully automated via MES
Horizontal process and safety communication with peripheral equipment
