Our protective vest for the surface gets even better. With the new formulation of Ceramic Allround, we are improving our ceramic coating in one key product property: flash-off time and thus ease of processing.

For professional detailers, a ceramic coating is a time-intensive service. With our new Ceramic Allround C0.02, we now offer our professional customers a significant advantage in the processing of a ceramic coating: a flash-off time of 6-8 minutes. During this time, a user manages to coat a hood with Ceramic Allround C0.02 before having to start polishing out at the starting point. The total number of work steps (coating, polishing out) is thus significantly reduced.

Increased service life and other properties of C0.02

• Long-lasting protection of the surface with a service life of 20-24 months (one coat)
• When two coats are applied, the service life increases to 26-30 months
• Increased flash-off time of approx. 8 minutes and thus easy processing
• Smooth, hydrophobic surface with lotus effect
• Gloss stable even after use of acidic and alkaline cleaners
• Protection of the clearcoat against corrosive and acidic products in the pH range 5 to 12
• Easy-to-clean properties, so that dirt adheres less easily and the surface can be cleaned gently

• Aftercare with topper product Spray Sealant S0.02 to preserve the ceramic coating and minimize water spots

Make a scented impression.

A special fragrance experience emotionalizes the car wash enormously. That is why special fragrance variants such as our Active Foam X-Mas or Active Foam Spring have been so successful for years for season-specific car washing. For variety in the fragrance palette, our Super Foam is now available in another fragrance. Super Foam Fruit Bowl smells fruity like kiwi and apple. The well-tried Super Foam with its tropical scent remains in the range, of course.

The family of fragrance concentrates has also grown. Our fragrances are designed for scenting car washes, but can also be used for individual scenting of water-miscible cleaning products.

Super Foam Fruit Bowl is the extremely foamy, alkaline active foam with an fruity fresh aroma for self-service car wash stations and use in foam guns. Super Foam Fruit Bowl constitutes an incomparable foam cleaning experience for your vehicle and leaves a long-lasting scent in the cleaning area. Its alkaline pH and highly effective ingredients remove the dirt and ensure a high-quality cleaning performance. The foam encapsulates the dirt and can easily be rinsed off so that the vehicle is cleaned by high pressure which is gentle on the paintwork. VDA-compliant class A: treatment time max. 5 minutes, max. application concentration 1:50

The Perfect Shine-up.

Our Heavy Cut system has received an update. The result: A Heavy Cut H9.02 with a higher gloss level and a tuned Heavy Cut Pad with improved durability.

The new structure of the aluminum oxide in the Heavy Cut H9.02 ensures that the agglomerates break down more evenly and finely. This means that the polishing compound can be polished out longer, resulting in a less matted surface or increased gloss level. The grinding degree remains unchanged. Likewise, the very high initial grinding performance remains longer, since the oil phase of the polishing compound occurs later. This prevents the compound from sticking. A less matt surface also has the clear advantage of saving time: the subsequent application of Micro Cut M3.02 is faster, since fewer deep polishing marks caused by H9.02 have to be removed. Those who prefer to work with an eccentric polishing machine can now also look forward to optimized processing in this application.

Our improved pad impresses with its increased durability. When used with the H9.02, the pad easily brings out the highest possible cut as well as gloss. Now optimized for use on complicated coatings, the processing in the system remains as simple as usual.

Truck Dry Becomes Truck Dry & Gloss

As a premium run-off dryer with a gloss effect, Truck Dry & Gloss is particularly well suited for commercial vehicle and bus washes without a drying fan. The dryer creates a hydrophilic surface on which the water runs off in a thin film. Thanks to the improved formula, Truck Dry & Gloss not only exhibits good run-off performance, but dries vehicles without lime spots, spotting or streaking while giving the paint a beautiful shine. VDA-compliant class A.

Three Brushes for a Clean Interior.

Keeping the car’s interior clean is not always easy. In addition to places where coarse dirt quickly collects, such as the sill trims or foot pedals, there are also places that are difficult to reach. In addition, there are materials that require special care, such as piano lacquer or displays.

The coarse, the fine and the extra fine

Our new Interior Brush Set not only makes it easy to clean many areas of the interior, but also simplifies the work process thanks to its practical color coding. The respective color ring lets you quickly and easily identify which "degree of hardness" the brush has. We have chosen the same color coding as for our polishing pads.

The red brush is our choice for rough work. It is particularly suitable for work such as cleaning the door sill trims or foot pedals, and its coarse bristles make it stand out. The right chemicals for cleaning are our Green Star or Mehrzweckreiniger.

When it comes to cleaning hard-to-reach parts, such as ventilation grilles, the yellow brush is the right choice. Its long, fine bristles make cleaning much easier. Here again, you can use Green Star or Mehrzweckreiniger.

Fingerprints and other annoying dirt can hardly be avoided, especially on touch displays. To prevent scratching during cleaning, our green brush has particularly fine bristles, which are ideal for piano lacquer or other sensitive surfaces such as displays. Together with the Allround Surface Cleaner, the green brush is a must-have.
