FAQ registration process, GTC and Stand Construction Guidelines
When does the planning of the exhibition halls and the allocation of stand spaces start?
We begin the preliminary hall planning in March/April. Depending on how early you registered and the size of your booth, you will receive our booth offer between late April and late July.
Booth allocation is carried out by the Formnext team based on a group-wide defined set of criteria. Of course, we do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we kindly ask for your understanding that, in order to ensure a harmonious hall layout for our visitors, exhibitors cannot select their booth location directly.
When will we receive the stand confirmation?
You will receive the stand confirmation as soon as you have accepted our stand offer. At this moment a binding contract between you and us will be concluded.
When will we receive the invoice for our stand space and when is it due?
The rent for the stand space is due in two equal instalments. The first instalment (request for instalment) will be invoiced together with the stand confirmation and is due immediately. The second instalment (final invoice) will be charged at the earliest three months prior to the event and is also due immediately.
