The SILO2 offers fast response, high repeatability and no sensor drift, making it a low maintenance analyzer solution that delivers reliable performance for safety critical process control applications such as gas generation (oxygen/nitrogen), additive manufacturing, pharmaceutical industries, and industrial gas.

With a measurement range of 0 to 25% oxygen, the analyzer unit features solid state ceramic electrode sensor technology suited to harsh process applications, analogue 4 to 20mA output for retransmission of measured signal (SIL2 Capable), RS485 communications, and 24VDC power supply.

The Din Rail mounted control unit with galvanic barrier included and remote electrochemical sensor with interconnecting cable (up to 30m) provides a flexible, easily integrated package. The installation is made even easier with the choice of three sensor mounting options: a flow-through base, TRI-Clamp or an ANSI 2” 150lbs flange.
