Armadillo Gray (XL) allows you to print a wide range of stone and concrete materials using readily available powders and binders. This printer was designed for production runs with smaller objects. It is also exceptionally well suited to perform low volume tests or sample prints in conjunction with our large-scale printer options. Elephant
ELEPHANT BLUE - INDUSTRIAL SISIC PRODUCTION
Our Elephant Blue large-scale printer was designed to 3D print ceramics at production scale. It delivers the many benefits of additive manufacturing, including speed, freedom of design, flexibility, and sustainability in an integrated solution for industrial production. This production system features an automated powder feeder and Job Boxes that can be easily swapped, enabling continuous operation.
Elephant Blue was specifically optimized to 3D print Silicon Carbide at production scale. CONCR3DE offers a Plug-and-Play Silicon Carbide A material which includes an engineered powder with Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and is based on our aqueous binder BC1001. The final material properties can be fine-tuned to fit specific applications by optionally adding carbon and infiltrating the printed parts with additional silicon. Other material options include Silicon Carbide S that is created using solvent binder BM1001, as well as a Silicon Carbide P that is printed using a traditional phenolic binder BF1002. Both alternatives call for a different production process, in which CONCR3DE is happy to assist you every step of the way.

ELEPHANT GRAY - STONE AND MINERAL PRODUCTION
Elephant Gray was designed to produce complex shapes and intricate details at scale. CONCR3DE brings the many benefits of binder jetting additive manufacturing, including speed and flexibility, in a solution that truly fits industrial production. From automated powder feeding to swappable Job Boxes and industrial post-processing Stations for automated cleaning, powder recycling and sealing that fit Elephant’s print size.
Our pre-engineered stone-like material range for large-scale printers includes limestone, granite, and marble. Like natural stone, these robust materials offer excellent compressive strength and longevity, and are highly suitable for outdoor applications. All materials are optimized for smooth surface printing without further post processing. This open platform printer can also print custom mineral formulations - if your current raw material is available in powder form, we can potentially transform it into a custom print material. Even waste streams, like sawdust or minerals from urban mining, can be upcycled into products.

Handling & Post-Processing
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROCESS
Our binder jetting technology does not make use of supports, which significantly reduces the post-printing efforts. However, based on the type of material and scale, several process steps are required to get from the green state, immediately after printing, to the final material properties. At CONCR3DE, we understand every step and created the tools to make production as efficient as possible. That integral knowledge allows us to design the custom process that fits your current production workflow and facility infrastructure.
DEPOWDERING BOX
This tool has identical dimensions to the Armadillo Gray print bed. It allows for easy removal of an entire print volume for post processing without the need to depowder in its green state. The Depowdering Box is a great fit with fragile parts that require oven curing, such as ceramics. It is compatible with mechanical lifting tools, such as forklifts or hoists.
DEPOWDERING STATION
Our Depowdering Station offers a clean chamber to easily depowder prints, with a rotating platform to reach in the tiniest nooks and crannies. Its integrated air compressor and industrial vacuum remove even the finest of powder residue, speeding up the depowdering process and keeping your infrastructure clean.
