The 3D printing world has been subsequently developing for the last 30 years, with the apparition of new technologies, and new opportunities every single year. With its extensive expertise in Polyurethane solutions and a research & development mindset, SYNTHENE launched a new range of thermoset resins and elastomers : SYNTHЭD+

Developed in close cooperation with privileged partners such as Lynxter, this new technology allows one to transpose SYNTHENE's product performance to a 3D printing machine process, resulting in fully functional materials, offering a game-changer solution in the additive manufacturing world.

This extrusion process has been adopted by major actors of series production to realise some elastomer parts like seals, wheels, printing masks or bellows.

- Tensile strength up to 13 MPa

- Tear resistance up to >50 kN/m
