Our transport solutions safely transport full and empty build boxes along the process chain, either semi- or fully automated.
The transport solution has the following functions, among others:
- Fully automated loading and unloading of the interchangeable frame from compatible systems
- Docking frame (DOF) with multi-coupling unit and mechanical as well as electrical interface for precise and easy docking to any implemented (peripheral) system along the process chain
- Integrated and fully automated gripper unit for loading and unloading systems with or without self-propelled
conveyor systems - Manual or fully automated transport with a pallet lift truck or a GRENZEBACH L1200S driverless
transport vehicle (FTF) - Fully automated sliding door for a safe working environment when transporting hot change frames
- Integrated cover for the change frame to avoid powder contamination and dust exposure
Control via HMI (12.1'') or fully automated via MES - Horizontal process and safety communication with peripheral equipment
