LPL - LPR Modules for monitoring and dimming lamps with PLC or RF communication
LPL is able to command dimming of LED luminaire and read the electric parameters (voltage, current, power factor, hours of work, lamp status, etc). Reading working values allows quick detection from remote control center of faults and deterioration of lamp. Allows as well remote switching on and off. It is as well possible to execute every day an automatic cycle made by 5 actions (on, off, dimming %) at preset time.
Communication is performed through Power Line technology to the LPM module installed in the feeder pillar: no additional cable is therefore required, being an important added value for existing installations. Dimming is controlled through different type of outputs; 1-10 Vdc, or PWM or Digital Addressable Lighting Interface. This output has to be connected to corresponding input or LED driver and is insulated.
All LPL modules have the LPL/V software inside: LPL can therefore be programmed in such a way to follow input voltage variations. In this specific operational mode, output to control LED light is varied according to input voltage. This characteristic is very useful when LED are installed where a Power Controller is working on the same line.
LPR modules works similarly as the LPL ones, but they exploit radiofrequency communication. The LPR-04 device allows remote diagnostics, measurement, and control of the lighting point from the control centre for luminaires equipped with a 1-10 V or digital addressable lighting interface
dimmable driver. It handles luminaires with a maximum power of 495 W. It can be installed inside the luminaire when its shape doesn’t allow other solutions and can read autonomously electric data. Produced in various configurations; in IP00 or IP20 version with antenna (sticker, stylus, button) for housing inside the luminaire. In IP66 version with integrated antenna for installation on the luminaire or pole. The radiofrequency communication toward the gateway LPM/R permits a rapid transmission of informations between the control panel and the luminaires thanks also the closed protocol developed by Revetec.
Both for PLC and RF communications it is suggested to combine the gateway device (LPM and LPM/R) with the DIMmyWeb which exploits its connectivity and intelligence towards the CMS (Central Management Software).

LPR NEMA - Radio Frequency node for lamp monitoring and dimming
LPR NEMA allows to remotely dim and switch ON and OFF a single luminaire through RF technology.
The communication node is embedded inside a transparent housing, equipped with a NEMA 5/7 PINS plug. Therefore, a female NEMA 5/7 pins equipped lighting fixture is enabled to turn-on, turn-off and dim.
Very similar to LPR00 module, it also enables remote diagnostics and remote reading of the measures from the control center featuring a DALI output (or 1-10 Vdc).
The node has the following features:
- Radio communication ability in 2.4GHz or 868 MHz or 915 MHz
- Photocell as to switch-on the device even if there is no active remote-control network
- Optional GPS for clock synchronizing and automatic geolocation
- Measurements accuracy by 1% in option
- Availability for several communication protocols: Open Mesh RV6, LoRa, 802.15.4
The 7 pins are used for power supply (3), for remote-control (2) and for managing one digital input (2).

Street lighting remote control kit
The Remote Control kit allows the remote management of public lighting systems with lower costs and great advantages.
It is available both in IP00 version, the different equipment is mounted and wired on a DIN rail and in IP44 small box , for installation outside the control panel cabinet . The difference of the 2 versions is only the box, which can easily be removed and replaced thanks to two screws and the presence of connectors to wire the equipment to the cabinet. The external version can be positioned where desired: a special bracket allows mounting on left side, on the right or on the back of the cabinet.
It is customizable for each client: depending on the type of remote control you want, it can be assembled with the required modules. In the basic version , it is made of:
- Dimmy module to record the electrical measurements and to send alarms to the MAESTRO software
- 24V power supply
- GPRS router (or alternatively a GSM modem)
- Timer for the management of the router
- CTs
- A kit of cables long at your choice with termination by connectors
- Among the most important features of remote control:
- Astronomical clock built for switching on the system, remotely adjustable parameters
- Receive real-time alarms (eg, CB trips, door open, earth leakage, electrical values out of range, plant on during the day / off at night, etc.).
- Collecting sampled electrical measurements
- Energy meters for phase and time of day (F1, F2, F3) with calculation of changing holidays
- Option to override on / off switching either manually or automatically scheduled

LTM - Adaptive lighting: sensor to measure luminance, traffic, meteo conditions
Equipment for real-time measurement of the road luminance, traffic and weather conditions at night, installed at the roadside.
The sensor LTM, using the latest technologies in the field of computer vision, is capable of measuring the luminance level of the road monitored, according to standard UNI 11248 and CEN 13201-3 part 3, the flow of the night traffic present, in terms of vehicles / hour, and evaluate the typical weather debilitating conditions (dry, wet, fog, snow).
Through the measurement of luminance, it is possible to adjust lighting, to obtain on the road the exact value required by current standard, regardless of external conditions that can modify the same, as the state and the deterioration of the asphalt / cleaning of lamps and luminaires.
The sensor LTM integrates very simply in Reverberi or Opera control systems, functioning as a device of the DIM. All the information can be easily acquired from the remote control system OPERA.
The sensor LTM can be provided as a simple sensor of traffic, but can be lately upgraded to luminance and meteo detection, just modifying the software inside.
Compared to the traditional preprogrammed time cycles, the sensor has shown, in the tests, to be able to add an additional 50% energy savings to what is already obtainable with conventional control systems. The result is very influenced by the parameters that you choose to be programmed in decision-making algorithm.
It also considerably improves safety, because the dimming depends on the weather conditions at that time and with real-time traffic. Options are also available to communicate by WifiWireless or RS 485 with external systems

LPR-Z: Radio Frequency node for lamp monitoring and dimming with Zhaga connector
The LPR-Z or LPR-ZM (smaller version) is currently among the most popular
products due to its small size and quick installation thanks to the Zhaga connection
standard.
The LPR-Z is installed externally to the luminaire, has an IP66 degree of protection,
and is used for the remote control of LED luminaires with digital addressable interface 2.0 full dimmable driver. It is available in a standard version (ф = 81 mm, H = 40 mm) and an LPR-ZM version (ф = 40 mm, H = 30 mm).
In addition to 868 MHz LoRa radio frequency (with proprietary protocol), the LPR-Z device
is designed and manufactured in 868 MHz LoRaWAN and 5G NB-IoT versions.
It also includes the possibility of integration for operation in conveyed waves.
The communication system is a Mesh proprietary open type in both directions, without any HOP restriction, suitable to manage 400 devices on the same radio (expandable up to 980 after technical verification by Revetec), developed to simplify the commissioning without pre-configuration of the radio network.
Available options: geolocation, astronomical clock, inclinometer and twilight switch.
The working modes are:
- ON – OFF – DIM
- ON – OFF – STANDALONE with an integrated astronomic clock
- ON – OFF with hysteresis and luminance thresholds
- DIM with virtual midnight
