TiQ 2
TiQ 2 – compact 3D printer for industrial applications from fiber-reinforced materials
The TiQ 2, with an installation space of 330 x 330 x 300 mm, is a 3D printer specially developed for so-called mass customization, i.e. personalized volume production. Thanks to innovatiQ’s proprietary dual extruder technology, it is particularly suitable for processing fiber-reinforced materials. At the same time, it is very easy to operate thanks to the so-called SmartFunctions. SmartFunctions in the TiQ 2 are auxiliary and operating commands integrated in the control system that make operating the machine child’s play while helping to prevent failures. The easy handling makes the TiQ 2 a reliable companion in your production.
Compact class – best economic efficiency!
The TiQ 2 shows its advantages particularly in the processing of fiber-reinforced (and thus very abrasive) materials for functional parts with long printing times. At the same time, it does not require an actively heated construction chamber, which makes it particularly economical in daily operation. A material drying unit can be optionally (by end of year) combined to optimally prepare even hydrophobic materials for 3D printing. Material drying increases process reliability but also the surface quality of the printed components.

TiQ 8
TiQ 8 – the All-in-One machine among 3D printers, also for high-performance polymers up to 155 °C
The TiQ 8, with a large build volume of 500 x 400 x 450 mm, is a high-quality 3D printer for large components in XL format. With its open material platform, the TiQ 8 is so versatile that it is THE ‘all-rounder solution’ within additive production machines.
Efficient 3D printing of large components with versatile material selection
Whether hard or soft material, whether the high-performance polymer requires a heated build chamber or whether the 3D filament requires process drying – the TiQ 8 delivers the solution as standard. However, the 3D printer is particularly suitable for the economical printing of large components made from fibre-reinforced or high-temperature materials. At innovatiQ, we have made a selection for you, e.g. the heat-resistant polycarbonate (PC) certified for railway applications. Or our industrial ABS filament for durable and particularly robust components. And if it has to be a flexible component in XL size, then our TPU with various Shore hardnesses.
Open material system and intuitive controls.
You prefer to be one of those who want to process their own filament and no one is allowed to know the secret of your components as well as the design specifics? Not a problem. The TiQ 8 is intuitive and easy to operate via its own CNC-based control system, GestiQ-Pro, and is supplied with slicer software as standard. This means that you have all the decisive factors in your hands and can combine material, printing or geometry techniques as you wish without losing any know-how. And if you do need advice from our experts, our customer advisors are on hand to help if necessary. also help on site.

LiQ 5
LiQ 5 – New and more convincing: Printing with standard LSR silicone
As innovatiQ, we are the pioneer for Liquid Additive Manufacturing. And with the LiQ 5, our LAM technology is already in its 4th generation. The LiQ 5 3D printer is ideal for the additive manufacturing of components made from standard LSR silicone.
The LiQ 5 has an actively heatable build chamber that supports the printing process. In the LiQ 5, heat can thus be metered into the printing process and waste heat removed again. The result is components made of LSR material that are second to none in terms of surface finish and quality.
With the patented innovatiQ LAM manufacturing process, it is possible to produce both prototypes and functional parts with comparably good material properties compared to the injection molding process. In particular, because of its high process reliability and a print result without post-processing, for almost all types of geometric components, the LiQ 5 is considered a gamechanger among silicone 3D printers.
