Sarah Goehrke, Strategic Communications and Ecosystems Nexa3D, Head of DEI & Board Director Women in 3D Printing
Sarah Goehrke has been on the Board of Directors at Women in 3D Printing since 2018. In 2021, she became the organization's first Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, expanding the nonprofit's vision from its foundational focus in gender parity to encompass more dimensions of diversity. Sarah has been a vocal advocate for diversity within the additive manufacturing industry and welcomes opportunities to continue the conversation. Following seven years as a leading journalist focused on 3D Printing, including positions as the Editor-in-Chief of and Managing Editor of Fabbaloo, Sarah is taking a more direct role within the industry, currently employed as the Senior Director, Strategic Communications and Ecosystems at Nexa3D.

Cindy Deekitwong, Global Head of Marketing, Incubator Business-Henkel Adhesive Technologies
Cindy Deekitwong i Cindy has covered the globe working in many locations for Henkel over the last 20 years including Bangkok Thailand, Irvine California, Boston Massachusetts, Osaka Japan and Germany. 2018, Cindy has relocated back to Henkel’s U.S. headquarters in Rocky Hill, CT to take on the leadership role in global marketing supporting new business incubator. Her primary objective is to grow new revenue and gain market share for the company‘s incubator division. Cindy is a mission oriented global Marketing leader with deep expertise in developing partnerships within ecosystems. She has a history of leveraging my technology acumen with marketing data to transform marketing teams into profitable sales engines and creating brand equity for multi-billion-dollar brand portfolios. She is regarded as a “Dream Big-Hustle hard” female entrepreneur. The end-to-end idea creator who blends IQ, EQ & XQ to execute comprehensive marketing plans from start to finish that result in a double-digit annual growth. Recently, she provided support for a product launch within Ecosystem partners using the Job-To-Be- Done framework, E-Commerce and an Omnichannel approach that helped generate double digit growth in annual revenue. Cindy’s focus is to humanize brand storytelling with partners in the ecosystem to promote a winning culture, great customer experiences and maximize ROI.  

Stefanie Brickwede, Managing Director Mobility goes Additive e.V.
As Managing Director, Stefanie Brickwede passionately set up the international leading network "Mobility goes Additive". The aim is to push industrial 3D Printing into series production.  2019 a second branch was launched: „Medical goes Additive“ assists Hospitals, companies and institutions throughout the medical sector to extent the use of Additive Manufacturing. MGA has close to 20 working and focus groups in place hosting more than 70 meetings a year.
Since 2015, she also heads the corporate project 3D Printing at Deutsche Bahn AG and is responsible for the successful introduction of Additive Manufacturing throughout the group. This gives Stefanie a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges users have to face.
In addition, Ms. Brickwede is the initiator of the “Women in AM” network and actively promotes women in the AM industry.
After graduating as an economist at the Technical University of Hanover, she started her career in the mobility sector and has since held various management and project management positions at DB AG. As a recognized expert for Additive Manufacturing, she is a prominent speaker on this topic.
