Online tools for preparation & ordering

Access all ordering systems in just a few steps and optimize your presence with a varied range of service and marketing offers. You will receive your access data after the stand booking has been completed and once the system went live.


The Media Package Manager" (MPM) is the marketing dashboard for your exhibition presentation. In the MPM exhibitors can manage, change and update all relevant information about their company and products themselves. The MPM then transfers this data directly to the exhibitor search (website and app). This makes exhibitors more visible and easier to find – for existing customers as well as for potential new customers.

The MPM will be available for you to update your data from 3 June. You will then have until July 1 to prepare your profile for Formnext 2024 before the exhibitor search goes live. The access data will be sent to you automatically by e-mail.

Here you can make all bookings for services at your stand: from basics such as electricity and water to stand security and catering. You can then place your orders directly and immediately via the "Shop for Exhibitor Services". 

The “Shop for Exhibitor Services” is expected to be available here from mid-July 2024. Once your stand booking is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your stand code.

+++ Due to an event taking place at the same time, there may be capacity problems with the provision of personnel services this year. You should therefore order as early as possible. Ideally immediately after the Shop for Exhibitor Services goes live. You can also find an overview of important order deadlines or the dates for express surcharges here. +++

With the "Ticket Services for Exhibitors", you can conveniently create, send and manage exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and visitor vouchers online.

The “Ticket Services for Exhibitors” is expected to be available here from mid-August 2024.
