Whether delivering your goods, storing material or forklift and crane service, Messe Frankfurt offers a wide range of logistics services on its exhibition grounds.
Prices and order forms
We would be happy to provide our logistics services to help you prepare for and carry out your event or trade fair activities. We bill all orders on a stand-specific basis. We offer volume-based prices for these stand-specific orders, with many services included in the price.

Ordering logistics services
To order logistics services, simply send us an e-mail or a fax or alternatively use our order forms. In this way, we will receive all the information we need about your order and can attend to it right away.
Tips for frequent orderers: Save the forms with your master data already included. This will save time on your next order.

Forwarding information and forwarding labels
Our forwarding information contains answers to questions such as:
- By when do we need to receive your advice notes/orders?
- By when do the goods need to arrive at the latest?
- What are the exact delivery addresses?
- Where should truck drivers report on arrival on the exhibition grounds?
Have our team transport your goods to the front of the trade fair hall using a forklift truck or mobile crane. Alternatively, we can deliver directly to your trade fair stand via our Cargo Center.
Cargo Center forwarding labels
We have prepared forwarding labels for your freight shipments to the Cargo Center. You can fill these on a computer and print them out.
Tip: For freight shipments consisting of several packages, simply enter the total number of packages. Your printer will automatically produce numbered labels for each individual package.
Registration for new customers
Are you a freight forwarder or stand constructor but are not yet a Messe Frankfurt customer?
If so, you can register as a Messe Frankfurt customer. Simply fill in the customer registration application and send it to us by e-mail, fax or post. Once you have a customer number, the services will be billed to you after the trade fair has come to an end.
Without a customer number, you have the option of paying for services in advance by cash, debit card or credit card. The cash desk in the Cargo Center is open during the official set-up and dismantling times and during the advanced set-up period.
Which gates do I use to enter the exhibition grounds, how do I register a vehicle for set-up and dismantling or how can I reserve charging stations for electric vehicles? All this, and much more information, can be found clearly on our traffic site.
