LARGE FIELD METAL 3D PRINTING SYSTEM

Sailing-3D consists of a fully digital grating encoder galvanometer and a grating encoder voice coil motor as the motion mechanism, and an optical path designed in combination with industry application characteristics (the difference between the middle focus spot and the edge focus spot is 6%), which constitute of core hardware of the galvanometer system.
The galvanometer system adopts an "L" shaped optical path structure layout, so that the processing of multiple sets of galvanometer systems can be guaranteed in the largest overlapping area.
The processing area of a single galvo is 300~650mm, and the largest overlapping area of four galvos is up to 500mm.
