The purmundus challenge 2019 takes additive manufacturing to the next dimension
‘Beyond 3D printing’ is the theme of this year’s purmundus challenge, the ideas competition for imaginative, aesthetic and trend-setting product ideas and innovative projects. Once again in 2019, the competition will serve as the international trend radar for creative developments in additive manufacturing. The winners and finalists of the purmundus challenge will be appearing in a special showcase at Formnext 2019 over all four days of the show.
The Formnext Start-up Challenge: Recognizing and supporting innovative start-ups in additive manufacturing
Whether it be through new 3D printers, innovative materials, or intelligent software solutions; the novel and sustainable business ideas of innovative, young companies are shaking up the additive manufacturing (AM) market. The international Formnext Start-up Challenge, now in its fifth year, aims to recognize this. Applications are now being invited from companies that are no more than five years old.
Formnext continues at record speed
Having taken off to become the world’s leading exhibition for additive manufacturing and modern industrial production in recent years, Formnext continues this development at a record pace in 2019. In March, 518 exhibitors have already registered for Formnext this year. This is another significant increase compared to the same time the year before. As such, the amount of space that Formnext 2019 will cover has already exceeded the final size of Formnext 2018.
If you registered for our press subscription, you will automatically receive the press ticket before the event; to be sent out in October 2019. Please bring this to the event with you and present it at the entrance. This press ticket will allow you entry to the exhibition and the Press Centre Portalhaus on all four days.
Modern technical conditions for your coverage are available there.
If you have not received your press ticket, you can undertake accreditation directly in the entrances.
